My 14-year real estate career has provided me the opportunity to work across all facets of property sales and negotiation: as a residential sales agent, off plan project sales agent and now as an exclusive buyers agent.
My career began at an award-winning boutique agency in my native Wales. During my tenure I consistently managed 10 new sales each month, enabling me to adapt and exercise my natural ability to negotiate and close a sale. After five successful years at the company, I returned to Australia in early 2014 having transacted in excess of 450 properties.
Following multiple offers at elite Eastern Suburbs agencies in Sydney, I accepted a position as a sales agent at an independent agency in Double Bay. Many of my sales campaigns during this time attracted national press attention.
I have worked ad-hoc for one of Sydney’s largest project marketing companies, supported by one of Australia’s most recognisable and reputable industry brands, at Ray White Projects. I was the sales agent on a high-end new development in the renowned suburb of Rose Bay, where I had previously built up a client base as a residential sales agent.
Having experienced the competition facing buyers in the Sydney market, I capitalised upon my vast network of agents, industry knowledge and strong negotiation skills, working as an independent buyers agent since 2015, buying 2-3 properties a month.
I hold dual Australian-British residency and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW.
